JYSK is looking for a Logistics Developer in Logistics Development & Controlling
JYSK has more than 3,300 JYSK stores across 48 countries and 10 distribution centres across Europe. Expansion continues to be a driving force in JYSK as we open around 150 stores a year. This is also means that JYSK Logistics invests in more Logistics capacity and continuously develops its concepts, so we can continue to deliver our great Scandinavian offers to our customers.
If you want to be a part of the ongoing JYSK Logistics development and if you are looking for the position where you can make an impact, then, you might be our new Logistics Developer in Logistics Development & Controlling department at JYSK.
As a Logistics Developer, you will play a central role in developing JYSK Logistics whilst leading various strategic, development and process improvement projects across Logistics. Projects are determined by Logistics strategy, works across functional areas and cover strategic, tactical and operational levels.
In this position, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to:
- Contribute to further development of JYSK Logistics setup and concepts from idea generation to actual implementation
- Forecast growth and create plans for ensuring sufficient capacity in JYSK Logistics network to handle growth and expansion
- Independently lead various logistics projects and support key strategic topics
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and implementation of various concepts across 10 Distribution centres
You will independently drive or lead tasks such as:
- Develop and maintain JYSK Logistics Network strategy
- Challenge, develop and optimize Logistics concepts e.g., forwarded DC
- Analyse current processes, suggest and implement improvement ideas
- Implement new tools and processes across 10 DCs

To succeed in this role, you have a structured approach and know how to think strategically, operate tactically, and you can execute on the project from the beginning to the end. You believe in data-driven approach and you make strategic and operational decisions based on data analysis and interpretation, which you are able to present in an easily understandable and convincing way.
In addition, you:
- Have an analytical mindset and experience with creating fact-based analyses and recommendations for decision-making
- Experience with large data sets
- Some project management and process improvement experience
- Have good stakeholder management skills and can work with all organisational levels
