Process and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Process and Development Specialist with a flair for IT and an interest in optimizing the flow of goods. Today, you might work as a Business Analyst or as a Demand, Supply or a Production Planner, and you would like to develop and optimize business processes and IT solutions within your field.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As an important link between business and IT, you will work closely with various stakeholders within an agile development framework, to ensure a large degree of automation and that we have the right products, in the right amounts, at the right place at the right time.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

• Close cooperation with stakeholders from both business and IT 
• Generating, refining and specifying ideas for automating and improving processes and IT solutions 
• Testing and implementing solutions, making sure end-users gets the desired benefits and business value out of the development.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Have a higher education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics and Business administration, Information Technology or similar
• Come from a position as a Business Analyst or have experience in planning the flow of goods in a retail or production company. Or have other relevant experience
• Are passionate about taking responsibility and developing IT solutions
• Are able to understand the users' needs and can transform them into specific requirements for new IT solutions that will provide business value
• Are thorough and have a structured approach to work tasks, but can also meet deadlines
• Are able to maintain an overview of complex issues and are not afraid to spar with your surroundings
• Master English in both writing and speaking
