In JYSK we always want to improve and therefore, a new strategic ambition is to grow the Business to Business area.
Are you up for an exciting opportunity to influence the set up for B2B sales across several countries in JYSK Nordic?
Are you the one who can make our new B2B strategy?

In this new position, you will be overall responsible for JYSK B2B Sales, development and operations in the all countries. You will be the one creating the set up ensuring B2B - as a business area - can grow significantly. This is done by putting more effort into the concept in general and by accelerating the market penetration across existing JYSK countries

As Head of B2B you will report directly to Executive Vice President Customer Experience, Digital and Marketing. The Danish B2B team will report directly to you and the B2B managers
in the countries will report in a matrix reference to you. The position will include many co-operative partners in the whole JYSK organisation such as Country Managers, Finance, IT, E-business, Marketing, Business controlling, Customer Service and Distribution Centres.

Travel activities are estimated to be around 30 days a year.

You Bring dedication and you…

• Have minimum 5 years of experience with B2B in a Retail company combined with some management experience
• Work with a result-oriented approach and are clout
•Have strong analytical skills, are persistent and have administrative and financial flair
• Are able to work with many different cultures and personalities across the organisation
• Have the know-how to work independently and show willingness to drive tasks across the countries
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a service minded, positive and proactive approach to daily tasks and obstacles
• Are fluent in spoken and written English and not afraid to speak up

• Set up the digitalization of shopping experience
• Make the plan for marketing and pricing
• Run the expansion of B2B concept to all JYSK Nordic countries
• Will do the planning, budgeting and operations follow-up
• Ensure that all organizational levels have dedicated employees
• Optimize performance and maintenance of the established organisation
• Secure communication of relevant information within the organisation and to other parts of the organization
