As a JYSK Graduate  you get the opportunity to be a part of a specialised Graduate Programmes that is in line with your skills and interests. Overall we offer different programmes within a commercial or technological direction.

The JYSK Graduate Programmes has a duration of 1-2 years. After a successful completion of the programme, you are guaranteed a permanent position at JYSK within your specialised area. 

Through our Graduate Programmes we want to strengthen the pipeline of potential future specialists and managers within JYSK. We want to attract, recruit and retain graduates who have the potential to grow with our business.

As a Graduate, you get the chance to take your first step towards a career in an international organisation.  

All Graduate Programmes at JYSK are customised and personal, in order to ensure your personal and professional career development. You will obtain a broad understanding of our company, including the work processes and our values. As a Graduate you will observe and follow different projects and/or other departments to achieve a broader business knowledge within your area of speciality.

All Graduates have a "Buddy" attached, acting as informal and social support. Furthermore, you have the option to get a mentor for professional sparring. You also get to participate in relevant and exciting trainings, and network with your Graduate colleagues through work-related and social activities.

Our Graduate Programmes are divided into either a commercial or a technological direction. For both directions applies the following:

  • The programme will last for 12-24 months
  • You will develop and learn new skills within your area of expertise

COMMERCIAL GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

Afterwards you can work with your specialised area within E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Development Sales, etc.
