What:
Help train relevant topic at the DC and provide feedback for the participants
Precondition:
Experienced in the topic of the training
Scope of work:
A couple of days a year, depends on the topic and the persons experience
SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION
What:
Support the inbound process and be a part of the continued improvement projects
Precondition:
High level of knowledge in inbound process and systems
Scope of work:
Depends on project task
SAFETY RESPONSIBLE
What:
Responsible for everything being conducted in a healthy and safe way
Precondition:
Education on the topic according to rules. Able to use their right and duty to speak up and be a role model
Scope of work:
Follow the DC’s structure, is a part of the daily work
INFLUENCER
What:
Be an active JYSK ambassador both internal and external – brand all the good stories
Precondition:
JYSK Influencer training
Scope of work:
Conducting the branding calendar, time for day2day branding at the DC
ACTIVITY COMMITTEE
What:
Organize, plan and execute activities for JYSK employees
Precondition:
Knowledge of the general interest of the employees and the local activities
Scope of work:
Depends on the activities
DC TOUR GUIDE
What:
Be tour guide at the DC explaining the workflow, departments and equipment
Precondition:
Large knowledge of the DC, facts processes and safety rules, have social skills
(Good English skills is a plus)
Scope of work:
Depends on the flow of visitors at the DC
PROJECTS LOCAL AND JYSK
What:
Be a part of different projects across JYSK and local at the DC
Precondition:
Expert knowledge on the topic (Good English skills is a plus)
Scope of work:
Depends on the project
INVOLVED IN BUSINESS PLAN
What:
Sparring partner for the Management Team and a part of project group for Business Plan process
Precondition:
Experienced in the topic giving inputs on
Scope of work:
A couple of meetings a year and participate in BP processes
SUPERUSER IN SYSTEMS
What:
Have expertise in a system and be able to test and support
Precondition:
Expert knowledge in the specific system (Good English skills is a plus)
Scope of work:
Depends on the support, test and training - when needed
