WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
At JYSK, we aim to deliver new solutions quickly. We seek an ambitious RTE for an Agile Release Train (ART) responsible for IT product development, such as Point of Sale within our Retail business. The ART consists of five to six teams focused on the retail sales channel.
Our agile framework is based on SAFe principles. As an RTE, you will collaborate with a Product Manager and an IT architect. Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality IT product delivery, promoting agile ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across IT development
- Manage ART progress and deliveries
- Perform measurements and ensure key metrics are updated
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Facilitate ART PI events and planning activities
- Coach teams and partners to adopt agile practices
- Ensure the right capabilities are available in the ART to enable long term delivery capabilities
- Promote a learning culture and agile mindset
- Work with portfolio management to ensure operational excellence

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a blend of patience, pragmatism, and eagerness to make a difference.
Your background might be as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or RTE responsible for high-impact IT deliveries. You should have experience in people management, leadership, or coaching, be decisive and result-driven, and have excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus). Experience in a large international retail or IT organization and a master’s degree in IT or Business are preferred.
