BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business Development & AI is responsible for facilitating the strategy process and driving cross-functional projects that strengthen our long-term competitive advantage at JYSK. The department works across all functional areas, from strategic and tactical to operational levels, and most projects are sponsored by members of our Executive Management Team.

In Business Development & AI, you will collaborate closely with top management and colleagues from across the organisation. Your stakeholders will include central service functions at our head office, retail organisations across markets, as well as logistics and local distribution centres.

The department brings together two teams with complementary strengths. The Business Development team drives strategic initiative and high-impact projects across JYSK, while the AI team applies artificial intelligence to create innovative, data-driven solutions that support smarter decisions and improved performance across the business.

You will join passionate and dedicated colleagues who combine project leadership, business understanding, and technological expertise. As a department, we prioritise personal and professional growth through a strong feedback culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning opportunities.

WORKING IN THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

As a member of the Business Development team, you will play a central role in setting the strategic direction and driving cross-functional projects.

Examples of tasks:

  • Lead high-profile projects from defining scope, developing actionable plans, managing stakeholders and following up on implementation
  • Conduct analyses to gain relevant insights for fact-based recommendations
  • Facilitate and prepare material for decision meetings and workshops
  • Contribute actively to the development and coaching of colleagues
