BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business Development is responsible for facilitating the strategy process and driving cross-functional projects that secure our long-term competitive advantage in JYSK. Projects span across all functional areas, covering strategic, tactical, and operational levels and are typically sponsored by members of our Executive Management Team.

In Business Development, you will work closely with the top management and collaborate with colleagues across many different business areas. Examples of stakeholders are the centralised service functions at our head office, retail organisations across markets as well as Logistics and local distribution centers.

The team consists of passionate individuals who possess a proven track record within project management. As a team, we prioritise personal growth and development through a strong feedback culture and by participating in and facilitating training sessions.

WORKING IN THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

As a member of the Business Development team, you will play a central role in setting the strategic direction and driving cross-functional projects. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to:

  • Lead high-profile projects from defining scope, developing actionable plans, managing stakeholders and following up on implementation
  • Conduct analyses to gain relevant insights for fact-based recommendations
  • Facilitate and prepare material for decision meetings and workshops
  • Contribute actively to the development and coaching of colleagues
