The Advanced Analytics department is a central organisation in JYSK, supporting all service functions and countries. The key objective of this department is to promote and support data-driven decisions and create measurable results through concrete actions by adding predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities to JYSK.
To do so, the Advanced Analytics department are working closely with stakeholders throughout the organsiation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data. Moreover, an important role of Advanced Analytics is to create value and measurable results by focusing on business opportunities and needs. This also means that this department uses data storytelling and visualisation techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders.
As an Advanced Analytics colleague, you will play a vital role in generating and leveraging the right data to create the best customer experience and growth in JYSK.

"Working in Advanced Analytics means working with data day in, day out. Every project is same but different. We are trying to help business functions to solve their problems in an efficient way, no matter whether it is a small automation task or big demand forecasting project.
One of the key aspects of the job is also talking to stakeholders continuously, thus coordination and communication is as crucial as getting insights from the data.
We also need to improve ourselves almost on daily basis, to do so we have dedicated time for keeping up to date with data science in general."
