The overall purposes of the HR Department is to attract talents and to retain and develop all JYSK employees.
HR develops tools, procedures and training activities for the development of employees. Furthermore, HR is a proactive business partner for the rest of the organisation and participates in professional and constructive discussions with managers to ensure the best possible JYSK teams. HR is also responsible for securing a professional off-boarding of employees leaving us.
As a colleague in HR you will be responsible for different types of tasks and projects.
