E-COMMERCE & OMNICHANNEL

In the E-Commerce & Omnichannel department we strive to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, whether customers are shopping on our digital platforms or browsing before visiting our stores. Our goal is to ensure that customers can easily navigate our websites and find the products, prices, promotions, stores, and other valuable information.

We always work with a cross-channel mindset, ensuring a seamless experience across both online and offline channels. This unified approach means delivering a consistent and relevant experience for the customer, regardless of the platform or channel they engage with.

To make informed business decisions, we heavily rely on collecting and analysing the right customer data and feedback. Our E-Commerce & Omnichannel department closely monitors and analyses customer behaviour on our digital across channels to identify and address potential problems and improvement areas. 

We also play a significant role in supporting Marketing initiatives by providing the platform necessary for executing campaigns and special activities aimed at potential customers. Staying on top of new digital possibilities and technologies is key to enhancing our marketing efforts and pushing them even further.

Furthermore, we work closely together with the IT department in an agile setup with E-Commerce & Omnichannel being the link between IT and business making sure that JYSK develops the best-in-class and fully tested solutions. Additionally, E-Commerce & Omnichannel also takes care of supporting the JYSK webshops across 29 markets.

WORKING IN THE E-COMMERCE & OMNICHANNEL DEPARTMENT

As a colleague in the E-Commerce & Omnichannel department, you will play an important role helping JYSK to constantly develop new features and functionalities for the best end-to-end customer experience.

Examples of tasks:

  • Build the future for JYSK’s next-level digital experience platform.
  • Deliver a best-in-class user experience on JYSK digital channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalised customer experience between online and the physical stores.
  • Improve and optimise online key figures across 29 markets.
  • Test and support of the JYSK digital solutions and webshops.
