IT Delivery

The IT Delivery department is responsible for ensuring long-term competitive advantage for JYSK by ensuring a fast time to market for digital solutions and driving an agile transformation across all business units, including IT. The department is responsible for four functional areas:

Agile Delivery
Ensures that agile teams deliver digital solutions efficiently and quickly by applying lean/agile practices. The function consists of IT Delivery Leads and IT Delivery Managers who act as leaders and coaches for the agile teams.

Agile Implementation 
Defines and implements an operating model built on lean-agile principles. The operating model runs across the entire value chain, bridging strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Agile Tools
Providing tools that enables agile teams to organise work, collaborate efficiently, manage dependencies and creating transparency.

WORKING IN THE IT DELIVERY DEPARTMENT

In the IT Delivery department, you will work with all business units and IT on a strategic, tactical, and operational level. We strive for high quality, strategic alignment, and execution efficiency in JYSK's digital journey.

Examples of tasks:

  • Create and implement learning journeys, training, and coaching
  • Drive and facilitate planning meetings and events to ensure valuable outcomes 
  • Facilitate and drive portfolio discussions on CxO level
  • Implement organisational changes by motivating and coaching teams and people
