JYSK is looking for a Process and IT Specialist to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution centers operations at JYSK. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams, provide IT support, and specialize in logistics processes, testing, and systems. WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for identifying, creating and performing test cases
- As part of scrum team, you are to represent the business in refining new IT Logistics solutions including customs processes
- As part of support function, analyze and resolve system/process issues, including identifying root causes of failures.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of logistics systems to support supply chain optimization
- Document logistics flows and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across Distribution Centers
- Analyze and recommend improvements to logistics operating routines.
- Communicate changes and new routines to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in IT projects and document/communicate related business processes.
- Test and implement operation-based IT projects in logistics to achieve excellence at DCs.
- Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT projects
- You can expect to travel across Europe to our different warehouses 15 – 25 days per year
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, and project participation. Have been part of a scrum team or similar. Proven experience in identifying, creating and performing test cases
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools.
- Qualifications: Background in supply chain management, IT, or related fields.
- It will be an advantage if you have knowledge about customs processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours when needed.
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
