You will help connect our personalisation engine (Dynamic Yield) with other platforms to achieve 1:1 personalisation and provide valuable insights for future decision-making.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You will be part of the Marketing team, working with customer data and insights to ensure our personalisation tool delivers relevant recommendations and insights across various channels, including web, email, POS, and customer service applications.
This is a new position at JYSK, giving you the opportunity to shape and define how we optimise our personalisation tool. You will collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce colleagues to ensure its full potential is realised.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:
Business Development:
- Optimise and identify new opportunities and use cases, orchestrating data points across channels.
- Stay updated on new platform features and updates, assessing their potential business impact.
- Ensure our personalisation engine consistently delivers business value and contributes to sales growth.
Data Management and Integration:
- Develop expertise in integration capabilities, data structures, and data management within the personalisation engine.
- Support the refinement, implementation, and testing of new integrations with JYSK’s current and upcoming platforms.
- Take responsibility for the technical supervision of the personalisation platform, working closely with IT and development teams to ensure efficiency and stability.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the link between the personalisation engine’s capabilities and stakeholders, ensuring relevant use cases are implemented effectively.
- Work within an agile (SAFe) framework, understanding the complexities of a large organisation in terms of development, implementation, and activation of use cases.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has a passion for personalisation, digital marketing and customer journeys, and stays updated on trends in the field
- is experienced with MarTech systems, particularly personalisation tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Monetate) and how customer data solutions interact
- possess both technical expertise and a business mindset regarding personalisation platforms
- is an excellent communicator and fluent in English
- is independent, structured, and a strong team player
