WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Scrum Master at JYSK, you will be instrumental in embedding agile practices and ensuring the smooth implementation of the Agile@JYSK Framework, based on SAFe.
You will collaborate closely with multiple agile teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for the AI and BI agile teams, guiding them towards their goals and driving performance improvements. You will coach the teams to enhance workflow, promote continuous improvement, and cultivate a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition.
- Prepare and facilitate the agile team events while enhancing team skills in agile methods, practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, promoting open communication within and across teams, while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Support and collaborate with mayor stakeholders to maintain high transparency and ensure smooth project delivery.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has solid experience and a strong understanding of agile IT delivery
- Is a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and change management skills, capable of motivating, coaching, and engaging teams with enthusiasm.
- Is decisive, result-driven, and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Excels in facilitating workshops and agile events.
- Experience in IT development within AI or BI is considered a plus
