WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
At JYSK, we aim to deliver new solutions quickly. We seek an ambitious IT Delivery Manager responsible for IT product development, such as Point of Sale within our Retail business. The Agile Release Train (ART) consists of five to six teams focused on the retail sales channel.
Our goal is to reduce time to market for IT products and as a methodology the agile framework is based on and inspired by SAFe priciples. Hence you wil be promoting agile ways of working and driving continuous improvements.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Ensure delivery according to plans
- Remove impediments internally as well as towards external partners
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across IT development
- Manage ART progress to secure execution and deliveries
- Perform measurements and ensure key metrics are updated
- Manage a team of Scrum Masters and ensure the right capabilities are available
- Facilitate ART PI events and planning activities

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a blend of patience, pragmatism, and eagerness to make a difference.
Your background might be as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or RTE responsible for high-impact IT deliveries. You should have experience in people management, leadership, or coaching, be decisive and result-driven, and have excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus). Experience in a large international retail or IT organization and a master’s degree in IT or Business are preferred.
