WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and ensure structured problem-solving, from initiation, planning to implementation
- Conduct analyses to gain relevant insights and prepare fact-based recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and decision meetings with specialists and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to training and actively help colleagues within selected areas (structured problem-solving, analyses, workshop facilitation, change management, etc.)
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has minimum 2 years’ experience from management consulting or similar experience from the industry – retail experience is an advantage
- Possess solid project management skills and a structured, analytical mindset, with experience in creating fact-based analyses and recommendations
- Possess solid project management skills and experience with structured problem solving to create fact-based analyses and recommendations
- Is a skilled communicator who can set clear direction for project teams and can navigate all levels of an organisation
- Is known for being trustworthy and able to establish strong relations and become a trusted advisor
- Has a high drive and ability to quickly understand new business areas and become a valuable sparring partner
- Has an excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel and is fluent in English. Danish is an advantage.
