WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Carrier Implementation Specialist, you and your colleagues play an important role in meeting the departments goals.
With the responsibility follows several key tasks, this includes, but are not limited to:
- Drive and participate in business and technical clarification with external partners and stakeholders
- Specialist in Logistics processes, participate in testing, ensure test coordination and have a common system understanding
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to transportation processes and systems
- Translate business needs into clear and concise specifications for the team
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with transportation stakeholders, carriers, partners, and the team for effective communication and outcomes
- Maintain a broad understanding of transportation operations, including freight management, carrier relations, and logistics, while possessing sufficient technical knowledge to contribute to discussions with the team and partners
- Proactively coordinate and plan transportation tasks, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines and deliverables

Your base will be in the Distribution Center in Uldum. As the position is international, 15-30 travel days a year is expected.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- 2+ years of logistics experience, working with transportation/carriers
- Expertise in gathering and analysing requirements to ensure project success
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
- Sufficient technical knowledge to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Effective coordination with stakeholders and project management skills to meet timelines and deliverables
- Drive for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation
- Flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours when needed
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
- Are a good and helpful colleague, who contribute to heighten the teamwork
