HR Analyst (Maternity Cover)

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As HR Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring data quality and enabling strategic HR decisions through analytics. You will collaborate closely with local teams to secure accurate Employee Master Data in SAP. You will also be key in ensuring our compliance efforts in relation to the EU directive on Pay Transparency and help build SAC/BI tools for increased transparency and decision-making. In addition, you will be key in analysing and presenting data to identify potential unconscious bias related to pay equity.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- securing high-quality Employee Master Data
- collaborate with Finance departments and HR Business Partners across all JYSK countries
- analysing data to support the development of global pay ranges
- supporting developing tools to analyse and visualise data
- take part in analysing fair and equal pay for all jobs and levels

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- works in a structured and analytical way, with attention to detail
- takes initiative, works independently, and maintains focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
- engages with stakeholders on all levels and cultures to ensure best practices around master data
- has a good understanding of the relationship between employee and position data
- understand the value of high-quality master data for business decisions
- is comfortable assessing system changes and their broader impact
- education within finance, organisation, leadership or similar
- 0-3 years of experience working with data/numbers/analytics preferably in a large international company
- super user in excel and preferable has experience with SAP and BI tools
- is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
