We are looking for an experienced Jira Cloud Specialist to lead our agile tooling team and drive optimisation of Jira Cloud across the organisation. The role combinates technical Atlassian expertise, Agile best practices, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that our Jira setup support business needs and Agile Release Trains.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- provide expertise in Jira Cloud configuration, automation, and scripting
- implementing features to improve usability, security, and workflows
- aligning Jira team backlog with stakeholder needs to maximize value delivery
- handling ad-hoc Jira Cloud support requests, including scripting and plug-ins
- applying scaled agile knowledge to set up projects, teams, and workflows
- documenting best practices and supporting Jira administrators

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has solid experience configuring and managing Jira Cloud, including automation and scripting
- brings hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, plug-ins like JSM)
- is skilled in Jira scripting (e.g. Jira Automation, Groovy scripting)
- has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- has knowledge of Agile practices
