As a Project Coordinator in the Store Concept team, you will play a key role in developing and driving projects that enhance our store concept. Your will lead and support projects independently, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery. Working closely with Retail Development subdepartments, you will engage with various stakeholders across the organisation.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- managing and supporting various projects with multiple stakeholders
- ensuring high-quality execution and effective communication
- prioritising tasks and follow-up on projects and project team
- coordinate and communicating with international colleagues
- taking part in shaping JYSK’s store appearance
- preparing reports, monitoring and track progress on various project
This role is based at the JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, with 5-10 travel days expected annually.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has a structured approach and attention to detail while maintaining a clear project overview
- brings project management experience and understands how to organise and drive multiple projects simultaneously within an international organisation
- works efficiently under time constraints, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution
- is trustworthy and establishes strong relationships and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- works proactively and independently, adapting to a fast-changing environment
- has experience working in retail with a structured mindset
- holds a business-related education with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- has strong Excel skills, including data extraction and report preparation
- is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- ideally, has experience with SAP BI
