WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- participation in projects to improve and implement stock management, ordering processes, goods flow, and seasonal transitions
- involving key stakeholders from our countries to ensure they are heard, informed, well-trained, and engaged in optimised processes
- ensure that stakeholders in each country can facilitate the implementation of tools and procedures within their own organisation
- acting as the go-to expert for retail process optimisation, ensuring procedures are clear, effective, and well-implemented across all JYSK countries.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has knowledge of and interest in store routines, stock management and stockroom operations
- can build connections and communicate effectively with stakeholders across retail and Head Office functions
- is detail-oriented and result-driven
- understands optimal workflows for seasonal changes in retail
- takes a professional and proactive approach to responsibilities and communication about development of own responsibilities
- is fluent in English, both spoken and written
This is an on-site position based at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark. You should expect up to 30 travel days per year.
