WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Scrum Master at JYSK, you will support agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. You will be a key driver in our SAFe-based agile framework and play a central role in fostering continuous improvement and team development.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- planning, coordinating, and following up to ensure progress and outcomes for team and Agile Release Train (ART) deliveries
- ensuring transparency of team progress through agile metrics
- responsibility for team performance by developing the team and its members to continuously improve value delivery
- acting as the Scrum Master by removing impediments and enabling the team to meet their goals
- preparing and facilitating agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives
- guiding and coaching teams in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
- fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assist in identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery
- collaborating with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Line Managers, and other key stakeholders across ARTs.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has experience in driving digital deliveries to meet objective, quality and timeline, either from a role within software development or IT project management
- has experience leading software development teams
- works in a structured, goal-oriented way and adapts easily to changing priorities
- communicates clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- facilitates agile events and workshops effectively
- has strong problem-solving abilities and proactively removes blockers to team progress
- has strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to team motivation and engagement
- is experienced in agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
