WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Scrum Master for our Container Platform and DevEx teams, you will leverage your technical insight and agile expertise to drive the adoption of the Agile@JYSK Framework, based on SAFe. You will work closely with agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivering high-quality platform and developer experience solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- serving as a Scrum Master for two agile teams by guiding them in agile delivery and helping remove technical or process-related blockers
- preparing and facilitating agile team events to ensure effective flow, continuous improvement, and a learning environment with regular feedback and retrospectives
- coaching team members in agile methodologies, practices, and principles, while providing technical guidance to enhance delivery of platform and developer experience solutions
- fostering a collaborative environment with open communication within and across teams, while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, leveraging your technical expertise
- using data and agile metrics to support informed decisions and improve team performance
- working closely with Team Leads, Product Owners and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and technical outcomes

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- brings a technical background or deep technical insight, with proven experience leading agile teams in software development, preferably in platform or developer experience contexts
- is a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- possesses advanced problem-solving skills, proactively addressing both technical and process impediments
- demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, inspiring, coaching, and engaging team members with enthusiasm and technical credibility
- is decisive, results-driven, and adaptable to evolving technical and organisational conditions
