WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will lead and continuously develop our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring seamless alignment across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics. Your work will directly contribute to data-driven decision-making and cross-functional trust throughout our organisation.
You will also manage the annual budget process for stock levels and outbound volumes from our Distribution Centres, ensuring we strike the right balance between operational capacity and commercial ambition.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading monthly S&OP meetings and driving structured, transparent processes
- Coordinating with Logistics, Supply Planning, and Finance on inventory and outbound budgeting
- Supporting strategic decisions with data, KPIs, and performance analysis
- Facilitating alignment between operational plans and commercial strategies
You will be part of the Purchasing department and report to the Flow of Goods (FoG) Director. While this role doesn’t include direct reports, you will collaborate across multiple functions to drive results. Travel is minimal – fewer than 10 days per year.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong communication skills. You enjoy creating clarity and alignment in complex planning environments and are confident leading processes without formal line authority.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Brings at least five years of relevant experience – ideally from retail or FMCG
- Holds a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field
- Has a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics
- Has experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional planning
- Can turn data into actionable insights
- Has a collaborative mindset and clear communication style
- Is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
