Demand Planner
Do you have a keen interest in retail and a solid understanding of the product lifecycle? Can you combine business insights with analytical skills to forecast demand and support efficient supply chain operations? If so, this could be your opportunity to make an impact as our new Demand Planner.
In this role, you will become a key part of our Flow of Goods department, where your forecasts will directly influence the availability of products across our entire retail network. As a Demand Planner, you will take ownership of forecasting for a defined product area — helping to secure a reliable flow of goods through 10 distribution centres and into more than 3,200 stores across 29 countries.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:
- developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts across both article and macro levels
- using RELEX, our advanced machine learning-based demand planning software
- collaborating with the Supply Planning team to support a seamless and efficient flow of goods
- working closely with Category Managers to optimise forecasts for new product introductions
- identifying and driving improvements in our demand planning processes and tools

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- holds a master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, OSCA or a related field
- preferably has at least two years of experience in a similar role
- has both theoretical and practical experience with demand forecasting
- is efficient and effective, and is quick to understand complex systems, processes and business relationships
- works in a structured and goal-oriented way, and takes initiative to achieve strong results
- approaches tasks with an open mind and possesses a straightforward and solution-focused mindset
- is fluent in English; Danish language skills are considered an advantage
