Business Solution Specialist

As a Business Solution Specialist, you will join our Flow of Goods department, which includes more than 50 committed colleagues. The department ensures a seamless flow of good process from suppliers, through our 10 distribution centres, to over 3,500 stores in 29 countries.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will join a team focused on improving demand planning processes. You will help identify areas for improvement and act as the link between business needs and IT development. Working within an agile framework, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:
- Acting as a translator between business needs and IT, ensuring that the forecasting solution supports end-user needs and delivers continuous value
- Supporting end users by answering questions, resolving issues, and proactively training on new features and functionalities
- Participating in the testing and implementation of new solutions, including creating test cases, executing tests, validating results and ensuring smooth roll-out
- Collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT to align priorities, secure buy-in and ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Driving process and system improvements by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions and challenging the status quo where needed

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for someone who can connect business needs with technical solutions and drive meaningful improvements.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Brings an analytical mindset and can effectively connect business needs with IT solutions
- Holds a relevant master’s degree in areas such as Economics and Business administration, IT or similar - or has equivalent professional experience
- Has 2-5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Developer or Demand Planner, ideally within retail, replenishment or forecasting
- Quickly understands complex systems and has a basic understanding of structures and IT environments
- Communicates clearly in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with RELEX is an advantage, but not a requirement
