Finance Business Specialist

As a Finance Business Specialist at JYSK, you will be the global process owner for Acquire to Retire (A2R) and Record to Report (R2R). You will play a key role in designing and continuously improving standardised processes while developing strong internal controls in close collaboration with local finance teams and IT.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will shape and optimise financial processes across JYSK, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
You tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Process ownership and governance: Defining and implementing a global framework for Record to Report (R2R) and Acquire to Retire (A2R), including governance structures, policies, and controls.
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement: Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities within R2R and A2R, working with IT to drive system utilisation and digital finance initiatives.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration: Working closely with Shared Finance Centres, finance teams, tax, treasury, and business controllers to align financial reporting with business needs, while providing training and guidance to ensure process compliance and consistency.
- Performance monitoring and reporting: Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the effectiveness of R2R and A2R processes.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- holds an HD-R, Cand.Merc, or a similar relevant degree
- possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- is a fast learner with a proactive approach to acquire new knowledge
- communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
