WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Identifying suppliers/market scanning
- Preparing RFx materials
- Assist in, and over time, run tenders, including internal/external communication, workshops, clarification meetings, and drive negotiations
- Analyse specifications, solution proposals and potential commercial outcomes of tenders
- Learn what it means to perform world class sourcing excellence
The IT tenders will primary be on enterprise business, security or operations solutions but can also be other services or large-scale hardware equipment.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has a master’s degree in business, Economics, business law or similar
- Has a desire to work with procurement projects, strategic sourcing, or similar, preferably in an international environment
- Has the ability to work analytically and structured
- Has a flair for data and financial understanding
- Has good communication skills and a team-playing mindset
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Is a quick learner in a sometimes fast-paced global retail business
