Head of IT Delivery
Are you ready to steer our IT delivery organisaton consisting of 4 agile release trains with around 300 people across business and IT?

Then you could be the person we are looking for as the next Head of IT Delivery at JYSK.
JYSK is growing and rapid change is happening in all areas of our organisation which leads to a big and growing demand for digital development and new IT-solutions to support our JYSK strategy of enabeling a seamless customer journey across channels.

You will become a part of an international and successful retail company in growth, where you will lead the IT Delivery organisation reporting to the Executive Vice President, IT. You will be leading an business unit of approx. +30 FTE’s that orchestrates and ensures the delivery of IT solutions.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Head of IT Delivery you will play a key role in delivering IT products faster to the organisation. You will have plenty of opportunity to influence how the organisation works with IT delivery. In this job your focus will be on:
- business objectives in release trains
- ensuring a fast time to market for digital solutions
- drive efficiency in execution and continuous improvement
- manage the leadership team consisting of 4 Release Train Engineers and Manager, Agile Center of Excellence

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You are proactive, inclusive, and strong businessoriented leader who can set direction and create solid organisational commitment within both the IT Delivery organisation, and across the rest of JYSK.
Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:
- has solid experience in IT development and is familiar with agile practices
- is decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
- Has extensive leadership experience and can lead agile and organisational transformation
- Has excellent people and communication skills and communicates fluently in English. Ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
- preferably have a master’s degree within Business or IT or similar
