As a Team Manager, Search, you will lead a highly skilled team of specialists in paid and organic search, comprising six search specialists and one team leader, SEO. You will oversee the global search strategy across 28 markets, ensuring seamless collaboration between your team, internal stakeholders, and agency/media partners.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving growth, efficiency, and excellence across all search marketing initiatives.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- lead, mentor, and inspire a team of search marketing specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development
- develop and implement cutting-edge SEO and PPC strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results across 28 international markets
- analyse and optimise campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve ROI and identify opportunities for growth
- work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring search marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated and optimised
- stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and search algorithm updates to keep the team at the forefront of digital marketing best practices
- oversee search marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving business goals

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has a background in search marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
- demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of specialists, with a focus on mentorship, performance optimisation, and fostering a collaborative work culture
- possesses in-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and search engine algorithms, with hands-on experience in campaign management, keyword research, and performance analysis
- demonstrates proficiency in data analysis, translating complex insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results
- communicates complex strategies clearly, adapting insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
