Senior HRM System Specialist

At our Head Office in Aarhus, you will join our global HR department and work in the intersection of HR and IT. You will play a central role in shaping a reliable HRM system landscape, strengthening organisational management and HR master data, and acting as a subject matter expert within our chosen HRM system across more than 30 countries.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As an expert in HRM systems, you will own selected initiatives and ongoing HRM System responsibilities, focusing on organisational management, HR master data quality and the HRM data landscape. Doing so you will work closely with the Product Owner EMD and Head of Total Rewards. Also, you will work closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll and the local payroll teams to ensure system changes, data flows and HR structures support efficient payroll operations.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading or contributing to HRM system projects, including system initiatives and rollouts
- Subject matter expert for organisational management, HR master data and data flow
- Translating HR business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT
- Designing, coordinating, and executing testing and quality assurance activities across HR systems and integrations
- Providing 3rd level support for complex HR master data issues and preparing material for stakeholder meetings
- Developing, maintaining, and delivering training materials, guides, and online sessions for HR system users
- Participating in agile ceremonies, bringing HR insight and supporting team goals

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You bring a structured, analytical mindset and are motivated by solving complex HR data and system challenges. You understand how data moves across upstream and downstream systems, turn operational needs into scalable solutions, communicate clearly, and take ownership in a busy, data-driven environment.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has 4–6 years of experience with HR systems, including SAP HCM
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications within HR, organisation or similar
- Has solid experience with HR master data structures and deep understanding of data flows
- Understands the connection between master data and downstream HR systems
- Navigates complex data while assessing short- and long-term system impacts
- Works methodically, communicates clearly and follows up proactively
- Thrives in an agile setup and contributes positively to shared team goals
- Enjoys working in teams while independently driving own tasks
