IT Specialist, IT Network Operations

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Daily operations and troubleshooting of network systems
• Supporting helpdesks and colleagues across departments, including 1. And 2. Line support
• Maintaining and improving network monitoring
• Handling and solving tickets efficiently
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance understanding of network-related matters

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has at least 5 years  of experience working with IT Networks and daily operations
• Is structured, dependable, and eager to deliver quality solutions
• Can help other departments understand when an issue relates to the network
• Has experience working with Cisco and Fortinet products (certifications are a plus)
• Is motivated to acquire new knowledge and learn new tools
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment
