WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Supply Planning department of 18 specialists/team leaders and ensure a strong and scalable setup that supports business growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Setting the strategic direction for Supply Planning and ensuring alignment with overall supply chain and business goals
- Ensuring optimal product availability across distribution centres while balancing the main KPIs
- Being part of the S&OP processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Taking ownership of supply planning performance, including service levels, stock levels, and forecast alignment
- Identifying risks and opportunities in the supply chain and ensuring proactive mitigation
- Driving continuous improvement, including optimisation of processes, tools, and data usage
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a strong experienced leader with both strategic mindset and operational understanding and you have:
- Solid experience within Supply Chain Management, preferably in supply planning or similar functions
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with S&OP processes and supply chain optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement)
