WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Product Owner, you take on a leadership role with real influence. You set direction, make priorities, and ensure that people, processes and solutions move forward together.
You lead a team of 4 Business Solution Specialists and work closely with key stakeholders across Logistics and IT to ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into value creating solutions for operations.
Your main responsibility will be to:
Set and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Logistics strategy
Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to maximize business value and impact
Lead, coach and develop your team toward strong performance and engagement
Act as the connecting link between strategy, operations and IT
Engage stakeholders and ensure smooth change adoption across countries and DCs
Enable high-quality delivery by making timely decisions and setting clear direction
Drive refinement and alignment to ensure shared understanding across teams
You will be part of Logistics, contributing to continuous development of JYSK’s logistics setup.
Your primary base will be at our Distribution Centre in Uldum. As the position is international, 20-40 travel days a year is expected.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
We are looking for a strong leader who brings experience from Logistics, supply chain or similar operational environments, combined with a solid understanding of how business, processes and systems work together.
In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics:
