Business Solutions Specialist
We are looking for a new team member to help us develop and support IT solutions that enable deliveries to JYSK customers.

WHAT WE OFFER
You will help enable fast, reliable deliveries to our customers by:
- Optimizing and standardizing the use of logistics applications across e‑commerce delivery flows.
- Testing, implementing, and rolling out solutions through logistics IT projects.
- Providing support for logistics systems by analyzing and resolving system and process issues, including identifying the root causes of recurring failures.
- Building and maintaining your expertise in logistics systems to drive continuous improvement in e‑commerce delivery flows.
- Documenting logistics IT flows and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyzing logistics IT processes and recommending improvements that increase efficiency and business value.
- Communicating changes in processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Representing logistics interests in cross‑organizational IT initiatives to ensure our needs are understood and integrated.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, and project participation. Have been part of a scrum team or similar. Proven experience in identifying, creating and performing test cases.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools.
- Qualifications: Background in e-commerce deliveries within Logistics or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
- Travelling is to be expected for the position, as it is an international team – 20-40 days/year.
- English - communicative level (min. B2)
