WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
We are in the process of migrating and optimising our internal communications platforms to strengthen collaboration across the business and are looking for a skilled leader with experience within digital workplace and User Experience (UX) to head up our internal digital workplace team.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading a dedicated and ambitious team of digital workplace consultants
- Stakeholder management across multiple departments
- Optimising our intranet that has many functions for the business
- Mapping and optimising our internal channels for the business
- You will work with various systems and suppliers, including Confluence/Atlassian, MS365/Teams, Storeforce
You should expect 1-2 days of traveling a month.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has proven experience within digital workplace/UX
- Has experience as a team leader – direct or indirect
- Has knowledge of Confluence and MS365 collaboration tools and if you have knowledge of agile ways of working, it is an advantage
- Is proactive and take ownership for your deadline and deliveries
- Knows how to think globally and act locally
- Speaks and writes English and Danish for professional use
