WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your responsibilities within business partnering:

• Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner
• Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives
• Partner with leaders on performance management 
• Identify, develop and retain internal talent
• Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation

Your responsibilities within leading the TA team:

• Leading, coaching and developing the TA team
• Empowering team members and giving them ownership of their areas of responsibility
• Setting clear expectations, priorities and following up on results
• Ensuring collaboration between TA, HR Business Partners and hiring managers
• Ensuring a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience
• Using recruitment insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactivity

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

• Solid experience as an Senior HR Business Partner, an HR Manager, TA Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a global environment
