At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, we are looking for a skilled, structured, and business-oriented Business Controller to join our continued growth journey. We are expanding our Business Controlling team and have two open positions as Business Controller. One of the roles offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our CFO, as it combines Business Controlling with an Executive Assistant function.

We are looking for both newly graduated candidates eager to transform data into business insights and those with some years of experience who would like to help shape a developing role. As a Business Controller at JYSK, you will be part of our central Finance department. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to provide insights that support both operational and strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Developing and maintaining controlling and reporting for several business areas, such as ESG, product quality, head office functions, and IT
  • Creating data transparency and structure across the organisation through effective controlling processes
  • Preparing analyses and reports that support daily operations and decision-making
  • Acting as a business partner to directors across functions, both in financial cases and in overall performance management
  • Preparing and visualising data in SAP BI and SAC, and contributing to the continued development of these tools for management reporting
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in processes, particularly in data quality and KPI follow-up
  • In the combined Executive Assistant role for the CFO, facilitating processes, managing projects, coordinating Finance events, and preparing presentations for management

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Holds a relevant master’s degree, such as cand.merc., cand.oecon., MSc in Finance and International Business, or similar
  • Is either newly graduated with relevant student experience or has a few years of experience from a finance function, e.g. as a finance graduate, business controller, or EA with a flair for financial analysis
  • Is ambitious, structured, and reliable in your way of working
  • Demonstrates high integrity and precision in your work
  • Is proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Learns quickly, adapts easily to new systems, and embraces change
  • Has experience in preparing management presentations and communicating financial insights clearly
  • Is fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
