Project Manager, E-commerce & Omnichannel

At JYSK, we are looking for a structured and result-oriented Project Manager to strengthen our E-commerce & Omnichannel team at our Head Office in Aarhus. You will play a key role in delivering projects that improve customer experience, optimise processes, and support our continued growth across markets.
To help us succeed in this ambition, we are looking for a Project Manager who has a passion for global e-commerce and finds it exciting to help roll out new online features, optimise our 29 webshops and support new country openings.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Project Manager in E-commerce & Omnichannel, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that support JYSK’s digital development. You will ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions while keeping focus on quality, timelines, and value creation.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading and coordinating e-commerce and omnichannel projects from idea to implementation
- Managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Working closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Navigating complex system landscapes and ensuring understanding of integrations and dependencies
- Driving continuous improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working
- Following up on project progress and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
- Supporting the development of digital solutions that enhance customer journeys

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You bring experience working with complex projects in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning ideas into structured execution. You have a strong technical understanding and are comfortable working across systems, platforms, and integrations.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has 2–3 years of experience working with digital projects, preferably in an international e-commerce environment, and holds an ITKO degree (MSc in IT, Communication and Organisation) or a similar relevant educational background
- Is structured, organised, and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with stakeholders
- Has great overview and high attention to detail
- Brings a good technical mindset to understand our platforms and digital functionalities
- Show enthusiasm and is able to motivate and engage people
- Is fluent in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing
