As part of our global Communications team, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that support JYSK’s growth, culture, and brand visibility. Reporting directly to Martin Fyn Aamand, Head of Communications & PR, you will collaborate across departments and markets to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Produce internal and external communications products, including crafting high-impact press releases and and pitches
- Drive content strategy and production for our global communications strategy
- Oversee ongoing development of our employee magazine, GOJYSK.com
- Advise and support international colleagues and senior stakeholders on internal and external communication strategies and execution
- Collaborate with our Communications and Digital Workplace team of 10 people to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms
- Analyse communication performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
- Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution when needed

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has 5+ years of experience from a large, international organisation
- Holds a degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
- Demonstrates excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Has a strategic and structured approach to communication planning
- Works independently on own projects aligned with strategic priorities
- Is confident advising senior leaders and managing cross-functional projects
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international retail environment
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
