We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Operations Support Specialist to join our IT 3rd Level Support Team in Aarhus. Here, you will ensure that IT runs smoothly for colleagues across the organisation, providing expert support and making a tangible impact every day.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In IT 3rd Level Support at JYSK, you will handle complex technical issues to ensure stable and efficient IT services for all end users. You will also support backend systems, and collaborate on projects to enhance infrastructure and security.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Providing skilled 3rd level IT support
- Identifying and finding solutions for incoming tasks
- Providing technical support to our 1st and 2nd line support
- Assisting IT Operations and Security with daily tasks and projects
- Screening and monitoring of issues in the JYSK IT environment, as well as participating in relevant IT projects
- Maintenance of FAQ’s and documentations
Most of the work takes place in a Microsoft environment. You can expect your daily work will involve Windows 11, MECM, M365, Cloud environments, AD/Entra ID, DHCP, Print management, VPN, MFA, PowerShell, Licensing and more.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience in IT operations and IT support
- Is experienced with Windows 11 and Windows Servers
- Approaches challenges with a “leave things better than you found them” mindset
- Learns quickly and solves problems independently
- Is eager to work with new technologies and complex IT systems
- Brings a collaborative and helpful attitude to support the wider organisation
- Communicates fluently in both Danish and English, written and spoken
