Social Media Specialist (Maternity cover)
Are you an experienced paid social specialist who’s ready to bring your expertise to a large-scale international setup? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for to join our social media team at our headoffice in Aarhus.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will strengthen your paid social expertise while gaining a broader business perspective, as you will have real influence on strategies, platform activations and budget allocations. You will join an ambitious and dedicated team of three specialist, a coordinator and a team lead, who are all working closely together with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, feedback and daily sparring.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing and optimising paid social campaigns on primarily Meta and Pinterest, while always being curious about new test opportunities to continuously drive better performance.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement of performance – both short and long term
- develop, test and scale new campaign strategies on primarily Meta and Pinterest
- act as sparring partner for colleagues in marketing on creative and technical matters
- communication of actions and results with various stakeholders across the organisation
- stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and best practices to make sure our setup stays best in class

The maternity cover is estimated to last approx. 12 months and we plan for the right candidate to start August 1.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has +2 years of experience working with paid social
- has strong analytical skills and can turn data into clear actions
- can communicate insights and recommendations to non-experts
- has great time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- is a team-player that thrives in a collaborative environment and values open communication and feedback
