Student Assistant – Finance Planning & Reporting (FP&A)
We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support our Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) department. In this role, you will assist with BI tool maintenance, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support for budgeting processes. You will work closely with the entire FP&A team, gaining hands-on experience in financial data management, analysis, report building, and budgeting.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the standard disciplines of financial controlling, including financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting. WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Ensure the correctness of data in BI (analysis, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Assist in the budgeting process.
- Support the organization regarding BI issues.
- Upon request, develop and optimize BI reports (filters, structures, etc.).
- Key figure maintenance and documentation.
- Maintenance and development of hierarchies in BI (e.g., site, profit center, etc.).
- Ad hoc tasks.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics; 2nd year Bachelor to 1st year Master).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in M365 suit (Excel, PPT, etc.).
- It is an advantage if you have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis techniques.
