We are hiring a new team member to support the ongoing development of the Czech Republic market. You will report to a Commercial Sales Manager who holds overall responsibility for turnover and gross profit in the country.

This role is based at JYSK’s Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark, where you will work closely with your manager and team members located both in Aarhus and Prague.

WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Sales & Expansion is responsible for driving sales and profitability across JYSK countries. We monitor markets, set prices and execute campaigns. As a Commercial Sales Coordinator, you will manage product areas for the Czech Republic, helping to ensure turnover and profitability.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • preparing individual campaigns for offline channels – from article selection pricing to campaign evaluation 
  • price assortment and contributing to the development of the best possible assortment composition
  • monitoring competitors and ensure pricing and assortment competitiveness
  • controlling key performance indicators and launching necessary activities to reach determined goals
  • ensuring that country stores get the information they need, primarily via the JYSK intranet

You will also handle recurring and seasonal tasks and take part in relevant travel activities, including meetings and competitor analysis (approx. 15–20 travel days per year).

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, structured and analytics. You bring a commercial mindset and an interest in retail performance. 

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • holds a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Retail management or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
  • demonstrates strong planning and time management skills
  • works in a structured and analytical way, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • takes initiative and approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written
  • is proficient in Excel
  • ideally has a commercial understanding of the retail sector, including how to create customer value and drive profitability
