Experienced Total Rewards Specialist
Do you want to play a defining role in shaping how Total Rewards is built, governed and applied across an international retail organisation? At JYSK, Total Rewards is a new strategic initiative, and we are now strengthening our newly established Global Total Rewards team.
This is a role for someone who wants more than execution. From day one, you will have significant influence on how we work, what we prioritise and how we translate strategy into practical solutions. With a small team and a broad mandate, your decisions and expertise will have visible impact across the business.
You will join us at our Head Office in Aarhus and work across Head Office, Distribution Centres and more than 3,600 stores in 29 countries.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will join a newly established Total Rewards team where ownership, trust and freedom with responsibility are not just words – they define how we work. Because the team is small, you will have a strong voice and a high degree of autonomy in your area of responsibility.
You will take full ownership of defined Total Rewards initiatives, such as:
- Development and maintenance of the global job catalogue
- Driving IPE scoring and job evaluation
- Communication and content related to Total Rewards on the HR portal
In addition, you will act as Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert for approximately one third of JYSK countries, giving you end-to-end responsibility and close collaboration with Country Management Teams.
Furthermore, we offer you:
- An independent position with a high level of responsibility and decision-making authority
- The opportunity to help define and shape future Total Rewards ways of working
- Strong possibilities for personal and professional development in an international company
- An informal working environment with great colleagues across functions and countries
- A role in a fast-growing organisation with continuous expansion
- Great employee benefits, flexibility in work and salary based on competencies and performance
