WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As an IT Delivery Lead at JYSK, you drive successful delivery across iterations and ensure the team can achieve its PI commitments. You create clarity and focus by strengthening agile ways of working, ensuring transparent data, and removing obstacles that block progress. With a strong delivery mindset, you coordinate dependencies across teams, foster predictable and disciplined execution, and enable fact‑based decisions. Your leadership helps secure flow, stability, and business value—building a healthy, high‑performing organisation.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Drive planning and coordination to secure steady progress and strong delivery outcomes
- Remove obstacles and enable the team to reach its goals with confidence
- Lead and facilitate agile events that strengthen flow, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Coach the team in agile methods and principles to ensure high‑quality deliveries
- Foster open communication, collaboration, and proactive handling of risks, dependencies, and issues
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Line Managers, and stakeholders across ARTs
- Drive and implement IT delivery initiatives together with key stakeholders to improve ways of working
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has experience in driving digital deliveries to meet objective, quality and timeline, either from a role within software development or IT project management/scrum master
- works in a structured, goal-oriented way and adapts easily to changing priorities
- communicates clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- have experience with facilitating agile events and workshops effectively
- has strong problem-solving abilities and proactively removes blockers to team progress
- has strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to team motivation and engagement is experienced in agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe
