WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
At JYSK, it is essential to provide our customers with relevant and seamless payment options—whether shopping online, in stores, or via our customer service centres. These options include card payments, mobile payments and "buy now, pay later" solutions.
As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing new payment methods across all sales channels. In close collaboration with your team and JYSK QA testers, you will be responsible for requirement descriptions, testing, issue reporting and vendor coordination through to the end of pilot phases.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- becoming a Subject Matter Expert in payment solutions within our Agile Release Train, following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- supporting the JYSK IT transformation programme by helping ensure that relevant payment methods are implemented across all countries and sales channels
- staying up to date in a rapidly evolving area, continuously developing your expertise as the demand for varied payment solutions grows

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- holds a relevant educational background in IT, Communication, or a related field
- works in a structured and independent manner
- has strong analytic skills and a problem-solving mindset
- is eager to learn and stay up to date within the fast-evolving area of payment solutions
- communicates clearly, engages confidently with others, and contributes actively to discussions
- is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
