WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Product Owner, you translate business strategies into clear goals and priorities, creating direction and momentum for the team. You ensure strong stakeholder involvement and alignment across countries and functions.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Owning and prioritising the product backlog to ensure a stable, high-performing and continuously evolving Workforce Management solution
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand, clarify and translate business needs from Retail, Logistics and Salary departments
• Ensuring that IT solutions effectively support core business processes across the organisation
• Acting as a servant leader for the team by setting direction, making decisions and continuously prioritising work
• Participating in Feature Discovery Sync and preparing features for PI Planning
• Independent management of Workforce Management initiatives from idea to implementation, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation and follow-up on deliverables
• Responsibility for the implementation and business rollout of new functionalities, including approval of acceptance criteria
   

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has a relevant educational background and ideally 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Has hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, preferably Timegrip/Timeplan
• Collaborates naturally with others and builds strong relationships across Retail, Salary, Logistics, IT and service functions
• Is focused on driving progress, while remaining flexible when needed and firm when setting direction and deadlines
• Works in a structured and detailed way, while maintaining a strong overview and team-oriented mindset
• Can describe, prioritise and maintain backlogs in a transparent and visible way
• Ensures that the team and suppliers understand backlog items to the right level of detail
• Has a strong interest in IT and emerging technologies, including the opportunities of AI
• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
