WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a Project Manager, you and your colleagues play an important role in meeting the goals of Logistics and JYSK.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support the strategic initiative on establishing our new Distribution Centre (DC) in Northern Italy by facilitating project scoping, planning, and stakeholder alignment
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking
    • Prepare and present project materials, timelines, and status updates to management and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate and drive one of our Local JYSK Logistics Priorities for this financial year around safety culture across all our 10 DCs
    • Collect input, analyse feedback, and ensure alignment and implementation of safety standards and practices across DCs
  • Act as the central facilitator, gathering and structuring all project workstreams and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the JYSK Logistics PMO function
  • Develop clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and project documentation for decision-making and status reporting
  • Living our JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate Spirit

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • A relevant academic degree within logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field
  • A positive mindset who contributes to heightening the teamwork
  • Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across all levels
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to create clear, engaging presentations that communicate complex information simply
  • A proven track record in project management with a highly structured and organised approach to planning and communication, ideally within logistics or supply chain environments
  • A strong drive and self-motivation to work independently and proactively push projects forward
  • You thrive when facilitating projects and maintaining a helicopter view, ensuring structure and progress rather than handling detailed implementation
  • Great English skills

Your reference will be the Development Director for Logistics and your base will be at our Distribution centre in Uldum with the flexibility to work from our head office in Brabrand. As the position is international, 15-20 travel days are expected.
