Creative Video Producer

At JYSK, video is a key part of how we communicate with customers and colleagues across more than 30 countries. We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer who can take ownership of productions from concept to final delivery – and who thrives working across formats, platforms, and audiences.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As our Creative Video Producer, you’ll create engaging video content that strengthens the JYSK brand externally and internally. Some Productions you’ll lead yourself from start to finish, while others you’ll coordinate together with different stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Producing video content from idea development and scripting to filming, editing and final delivery
• Creating short-form content for social media, digital channels and employer branding
• Producing learning and training videos for colleagues across the organization
• Editing campaigns and stock footage to fit the JYSK visual identity
• Planning shoots, help scouting locations and ensuring high production quality across sound, lighting and visuals
• Collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, HR, Retail and other business functions to bring stories to life
• Staying up to date with new formats, trends and production tools to continuously improve our content

You’ll be based at our Head Office in Aarhus, with approximately 10-20 travel days per year. Freelance employment is not an option for this position.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strong production skills and enjoys turning ideas into impactful content.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Have experience with video production – either from a similar role or through relevant education and a strong portfolio
• Can independently manage productions from concept to final edit
• Have experience producing different types of content, including social media, brand, campaign or instructional videos
• Understand visual storytelling and know how to adapt content for different channels and audiences
• Are comfortable working with planning, scripting, filming, lighting, sound recording and post-production
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Audition). Experience DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender or AI-powered production tools is a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and multiple projects run in parallel
• Have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
